James S. Heaton started our Company in 1957 based on the concept that respect for others, truth and hard work were all good things to accomplish. Understanding that people run companies (customers and principals alike), it has always been important to us to address opportunities openly, quickly, honestly and fairly.

As a result, we have gained a reputation over the years of doing what we say we are going to do. Today, as a result of this philosophy we have relationships with hundreds of people, many of whom now hold top positions within their companies. The philosophy James S. Heaton instilled in this company was the right one fifty years ago and continues today.
